ABOUT L’ATELIER
Angèle Alberti (b. 1988) is the founder of L'Atelier, a consultancy service for artists and brands in the fashion and advertising sectors. Raised in a creative family between France and the United States, Angèle grew up in an environment where artistry was central to everyday life. She understands firsthand the complexities and nuances of building a business from a creative vocation. Angèle has dedicated her career to helping artists express themselves fully while supporting their livelihoods.
Before founding L'Atelier, Angèle held senior agent positions at CLM and Mini Title, representing some of the fashion industry’s most influential creatives. Throughout her career, Angèle applied a diligent yet intuitive approach to agenting. Now at L'Atelier, she continues to champion artists by providing a unique perspective and expertise on their creative journeys.
Angèle has also served as a mentor on the Mentoring Matters platform. In 2023, she was an IndustryGraduate Show Critic at the UAL London College of Communication.

In this workshop, Angèle shares her personal method for building a holistic strategy that helps photographers level up and gain direction in their careers. This session blends theory, practical exercises, and personalised insights, ensuring that each participant gains a deeper understanding of their own path forward.
A specially designed workbook is included, to keep you accountable and focused as you implement your strategy in the months ahead.

A pre-requisite for this workshop is completion of the Building a Holistic Strategy Workshop.
In this follow-up workshop, Angèle expands on the holistic strategy framework introduced in the first workshop, guiding participants through the nuanced skills of negotiation, pricing, and strategic communication.
Through practical exercises, real-world scenarios, and group discussion, participants will deepen their understanding of negotiation—as a creative and strategic tool.
The workshop also includes a dedicated Q&A and live strategy section, where participants are invited to bring forward current challenges—not limited to negotiation—and receive tailored advice and feedback. This is an opportunity to gain clarity, workshop real situations, and leave with renewed direction.
Participants are asked to bring a journal and pen for note-taking and reflection during the session.

Each session is 1 hour long, designed to help photographers refine their portfolios, align their creative vision with your professional goals, and gain clarity on your next steps.
Before the session:
You will receive a reflective questionnaire ahead of their session, designed to explore their creative journey, goals, and challenges as well as instructions on what work to bring.
Session format:
Exploring Your Story: Uncover your unique voice and narrative.
Strategic Portfolio Review: Providing detailed feedback on sequencing, presentation, and overall impact, with an eye toward specific goals such as client pitches, agency submissions, or personal projects.
Aligning Goals & Actions: Define your specific goals and outline actionable steps, ensuring your portfolio and future projects align with your vision and the markets you aim to reach.
